About Us
Since 1975 we have provided in-home chest physical therapy (CPT) on a long term, ongoing basis to hundreds of patients in Massachusetts who have cystic fibrosis and other chronic pulmonary diseases. We have also been able to treat patients in Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire.
Our mission has been to provide a high standard of CPT for both children and adults by following guidelines recommended by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We help our patients to loosen and clear airway mucus secretions in their lungs, minimizing the deterioration of pulmonary function and stabilizing their health.
Our goal is to assist each person to remain active in school, work, and their chosen lifestyle activities, and to limit their need for hospital admission. Chest PT Services, Inc. combines a specialized core of knowledge, a team of highly trained professionals, and a convenient model of service delivery that is unique in New England and perhaps in the entire United States.
